Mode Buster 1.0
©1996, Ben Georgia

Mode Buster is a tool to help you learn the modes. It will display fretboard
diagrams for a specifed key and mode. The dots on the fretboard can show
fingering, intervals, notes, or nothing at all.

In addtion to showing the diagrams, it can also play the scales, with tempo
and volume control.

An Important aspect of Mode Buster is it's ability to Record "Custom Licks"
or Sequences from the User... These licks can be saved and opened later in
other sessions (Note the sequence files are tiny because they are just text
-- similar to a midi file)... This lends the program to an educational
market because a teacher, friend, or student may sit down and create a
customized lesson plan of "drills and exercises". Mode Buster can even create
random licks. Some exercises are planned to be released, and should appear
on the web at http://www.gunnartec.net/benzoid/Mode_Buster/
