QDesign Music Codec Professional Edition 2.0

The QDesign Music Codec is a low bitrate audio solution for Apple's QuickTime 4 platform. 
With it, you can deliver 44.1kHz 16 bit stereo quality audio over a 28 K modem. It can 
deliver a 100:1 compression ratio.  This version encodes up to 3 times faster than 
previous version, and real-time encoding for live QuickTime streaming.
