CreateFX allows you to develop your own audio filters graphically. Each 
filter consists of the following:

1) An Input device(always present).
2) An Output device(always present).
3) Signal processing elements you wire together between input and output.

The I/O devices are the first two elements you see on any new filter. They cannot 
be deleted. Currently, these devices read and write WAV files and each have a 
left/right input or output.

A signal processing element has ports for wiring in and out represented by black 
arrows pointing inward for input and outward for output.

Available processing elements include delays, modulated, delays (for chorus/flangers),
low/high/band pass filters, band stop filters, LFO's, and an assortment of 
arithmetic operators.  These elements can be combined to create complex filters.
Some examples filters included with the program inclue chorus, flanger, echo, and 
reverb.
