FlexiMusic Zipper

Compresses a standard wave (*.wav) file and save it to FlexiMusic Zipper format file (*.FmZip), 
and decompresses/unzips the FlexiMusic Zipper format file (*.FmZip) and write back wave file (*.wav). 

You can set 3 parameters to control the compression, to choose between quality and output size. 
-General Deviation: (1 ~ 16) 
-High Frequency Deviation: (1 ~ 16) 
-High Frequency Trim: (0 ~ 5)
