Create, record, edit, draw, add effects and play wave files.

Features:

- It can open and save standard "wav" format files. You can save part of the wave in to a 
  new file. 
- Record and play the wave sounds. You can play only the left or right or only a selected 
  part. 
- Normal editing operations cut, copy, paste, delete, paste-insert, multiple paste-insert, 
  paste-merge. 
- Advanced edit operations like reverse, invert, move up/down, Move forward/back, interchange 
  channels etc. 
- You can change the sound format (with in the supported ones). 
- Simple effects like adjust volume for a selected area. You can balance volume like gradually 
  increasing or decreasing. If you have a small cycle of wave, you can copy that and multiple-
  insert it repeatedly by given no oftimes to create loop like sound. 
- Special effects Equalize, Echo, Modulate, and Stretch/Shrink. 
- Drawing commands to add sine wave, multi frequency noise, silence etc. 
- For viewing there are zoom options, Zoom, Un-zoom, Zoom all, zoom 1:1 and Zoom in. And 
  it is possible place bookmark and go to a bookmark. 
- You can extract small part of all the wave beats from a large file like midibto many 
  separate wav files for using them as separate wave beat files. There are many Internet 
  sites, where you can download sound font and wave beat files. Note, Please read the 
  copyright information before using such files of other people. 
- Formats supported: 
  Channel: Stereo and mono 
  Sample size: 8 bits and 16 bits 
  Sample rate: 11025, 22050 and 44100 Hz are supported.
