GuitarTrainer v 2.4 for Windows 95/98/2000/NT GuitarTrainer is a software program that will quickly teach you where a sheet music note lies on a fret board. To use GuitarTrainer one needs only the mouse and screen, no guitar is needed. You can install it at work and exercise a few minutes per day. It prompts with random notes on the screen and the learner must show where they are on the fret board. GuitarTrainer uses the concept of patterns for training. The fret board is divided into patterns and one exercises with each pattern separately. These patterns interleave and after learning only three patterns, twelve of the frets get covered. GuitarTrainer alsokeeps track of training progress. One copy can be used to keep track of a complete class of students. Screen Shot The demo version will have the following limitations: The learner will be able to exercise only the three leftmost frets on the fret board using one pattern. Only the registered version willallow the users to split the fret board into sub-patterns and train them to know the complete fret board. A popup-reminder for registration will be displayed at random intervals during the exercise cycle.
