Impulse Responder Beta 0.2.03

Through an exremely low-level approach, a number of bizarre, mutant, cross-
breed effects are made available to the user in this unique DSP application. 
The user may design any combination of impulse response effects imaginable 
through this one interactive interface. Echoes, resonators, reverbs, filters, 
IIR filters, static phasing, static flanging, and delay spatialisation 
are all possible. 

Effects may be edited in minutest detail simply by moving graph columns up 
and down to adjust coefficient values. Columns can be created or deleted with 
a click, and a variety of editing operations are available. Zooming and view 
shifting facilities are provided for precision editing.

New in the Beta release are 2 effect design wizards for reverberation and FIR 
filtering. An echo wizard and a resonance wizard are on the way.
