Instab is a program for creating ASCII tablature files like those used
on the internet.  It's goal is to simplify the process of creating these
files, in the hopes that more people will post the songs they've transcribed.

This program is FREEWARE, and as such it may be freely distributed, so
long as no fees are charged other than the cost of distribution.  The
author retains all rights to restrict licensing and use of this software.
