jambientFREE lets you use a joystick (or mouse) to sculpt sound in 4
channels simultaneously, and move in sonic space.  Designed to allow live
performance of electronica, ambient and audio collage style music, it is
also great for studio or theatrical sound effects.

Ê Instantly load up to 4 samples in real time (16 in full version) by
dragging and dropping from bins that list wave files on your computer

Ê Use the joystick handle to mix the volume, pitch or pan of four different
groups of samples. Full version lets you twist the handle to mix in another
sonic dimension at the same time.  A joystick controlled hypermixer.

Ê Position sounds in sonic space, and tour them using the joystick, moving
sounds around from speaker to speaker

Ê Easy volume, pitch, pan, fading and cross fading controls for each sample

Ê Controls for easily manipulating groups of samples

Ê Draw volume, pitch and pan patterns for samples

Ê Save various components of your jam and load them back into your jam in
realtime. For example, just save a set of pitch or volume relations and drop
them in on top of different sets of samples.

Ê Full version lets you write jambient scripts to automate changes, respond
to interface events, or set up relations between samples
