Bome's Midi Translator V1.40

Purpose
-------
Midi Translator translates midi messages "on the fly".
You can map controllers, notes to controller, sys-ex to controller, etc.
"Sys-Ex" messages are treated equally as "short" midi messages.
Several translation sets may be created for a quick change.

Original intention was to create a tool that makes it
possible for Juno-106 owners to turn the knobs in
Propellerhead's ReBirth 338 with the sliders of the Juno
which only send sys-ex - ReBirth however only understands
Control messages.


Requirements
------------
- Windows 95/98/NT4
- a virtual midi port driver (like Hubis Loopback Device)
  is highly recommended
