Midio gives you a radio station on your computer.

To look at it another way, Midio lets you coordinate all the audio sources
you have on your computer, and harness them to create a self-managing
non-stop music system.

You can easily and quickly build self-scheduling playlists of music files.
Midio will then play a constantly-changing mix of your favourite songs
until you tell it to stop. You can create as many playlists as you want to,
mixing different styles of music for different occasions, and you can mix
in comedy and other features as you wish.

Because Midio schedules the playlists itself, the order of the songs is
constantly changing. Even with a relatively small library of material you
can avoid sameness and repetition.

You can decide how many songs Midio will schedule ahead, how much time must
elapse between songs by the same artist, and you can view and edit that
schedule, changing, deleting and adding songs at any time.

Midio now also supports external players, so you can include audio formats
not directly supported within the Windows multimedia environment or choose
particular players for individual file formats, including great formats
like RealAudio and mpeg.

Using midi files and a wavetable soundcard, Midio still uses very little of
your computerŐs resources - you can enjoy your own music programming at the
same time as all the other things you use your computer for!

Midio has many uses;

- party music ...

YouŐll find Midio has a wide range of applications. Depending on the radio
communications laws of your country, you may even be able to use a quarter
watt FM transmitter to listen to Midio anywhere you like around the house.

This release version of Midio 3 is free. However, at the end of each hour the free 
Midio player displays a brief advertising message and the user must click a link 
for Midio to continue playing. This can be eliminated by purchasing an upgrade 
with the following pricing:
