A time to BPM converter for audio samples

This tool calculates a given length in seconds of an audio sample into tempo in BPM and 
reverse. You can also adjust Number of measures and beat resolution. Also included a 
calculator for time/tempo stretch rate calculation if you want to adjust tempo or time 
to a fixed value (e.g. matching to the tempo of a sequencer song). Length can be read 
directly from Windows PCM files.

- The response time of the beat counter has been improved. It now reacts faster on mouse clicks.
- The maximum number of measures in the Time/BPM conversion section has been increased up to 128.
- The beat counter can now be assigned to the note length calculation unit.
- A simple metronome has been included
- The beat counters value can be used for a new metronome function. It can be changed or adjust manually.
- A bug in the spin edit controls for measures and song measures has been fixed.
- Help has been improved.
