SoundMix  v1.3

SoundMix is a sound mixing/editing program for Windows95. It uses an innovative
interface to allow easy control of real time rate, panning, and volume changes.
You can stream audio from a RealAudio feed into SoundMix and then output a RA 
compatible file on the internet.

Requires Windows95 and a Windows compatible sound card
