TimePad v1.3

There are a ton of notepad-like programs, but this one has a new twist
-  it has a running clock which you can start, stop, and set an offset
like  you do with SMPTE. When you press the CTRL key, the current time
gets  pasted  into  the log area and you can add a description of what
just  took  place (i.e. bridge starts here, fix pitch on the diva, and
so  on).  When  all  done,  you  can save your notes, copy them to the
clipboard,  or  send the whole enchilada to the printer.
