Vegas Audio is a multitrack recording and editing system that turns any PC
into a professional audio production studio. Vegas Audio is an upgrade to
the award-winning Vegas Pro. It combines a powerful feature set with a
streamlined interface allowing you to quickly construct and edit
professional audio projects. Vegas Audio is perfect for music composition,
song remixing, film scoring, hotmixing, broadcast editing, and streaming
media.

With Vegas Audio you can edit several tracks simultaneously and add
unlimited tracks to your project. The program's simple drag-and-drop
interface lets you visually align, cut, paste, move, and crossfade audio
events between tracks or on the same track with extreme precision. Vegas
Audio can even synchronize audio with a single video track.

Vegas Audio includes 18 DirectX audio effects. Apply an effect to an audio
event in real time and hear the results instantly. With multiple I/O
configurations, you can assign different inputs to different tracks when
recording-providing you with a professional recording tool for live
performances and in-studio productions. Vegas Audio includes enhanced
Internet authoring tools for creating streaming media files for the Internet
(in WMA and RM formats). Insert metadata command markers to launch Web
sites, display captions and more.
